    Wedding Coordination

    Reynolds Treasures utilizes years of experience to professionally plan and coordinate your wedding. Choose from our Day-of Coordination, Month-of Coordination or Full Planning.

    Tiers of wedding coordination

    There are multiple levels of wedding coordination depending on your individual need. As with all of our services and packages, we can customize any coordination need to your specific request.

    Consultation

    Consultation

    Price $250

    Includes:

    • Up to a 2 hour meeting (in person, Skype, or phone call)
    • Discuss decorations, traditions, and the couple’s vision
    • Advise on any concerns over family dynamics
    • Vendor recommendations (if Charleston wedding)
    • Create a personal task timeline (draft emailed to you within 3 business days)
    • 2 additional emails/calls to answer any further questions
    • If you decide to hire Reynolds Treasures to do your coordinating or planning, the price of the consultation will be applied to the cost of the coordinator/planner.

    Ceremony Coordination

    Ceremony Coordination

    Price $750

    Includes:

    • Coordinate the Rehearsal
    • Set-up/clean up Ceremony Site
    • Oversee placement and manage all elements for your wedding ceremony
    • Setup decorations, if applicable
    • Coordinate of all ceremony vendor and details

    Express Coordination

    Express Coordination

    Price $1,400

    Includes:

    • 1 location for both ceremony and reception with 50 guests or under
    • 1 team member for your wedding day
    • Oversee all vendors as per their duties on the day and Coordinate and final vendor/supplier payments
    • Pre-wedding setup of items at your venue (examples include lanterns, favors, guest books, etc.)
    • Meet with couple to pick up minimal decor items week of wedding or at rehearsal
    • Wedding party direction during the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception
    • Create and distribute wedding day itinerary
    • Vendor management on wedding day
    • Point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests on the wedding day
    • Clean up of ceremony/reception
    • Pack-up couples items from ceremony/reception site

    Wedding Management

    Price $1,950

    Includes:

    • 1 to 2 team members on your wedding day
    • 1 meeting at location for a walk through with couple and/or venue manager
    • Pre-wedding set-up of wedding ceremony and reception site
    • Meet with couple to pick up decor items week of wedding or at rehearsal
    • Communicate and coordinate with wedding vendors
    • Create and distribute wedding itinerary and floor plan
    • Vendor management on wedding day
    • Point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests on wedding day
    • Stay until end of wedding for cleanup of ceremony and reception
    • Wedding party direction during the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception
    • Distribute any remaining payments and gratuities to vendors as needed
    • Pack up all couples items and arrange to be taken from reception
    • Conduct final venue inspection and ensure it meets requirements to have deposit returned

    Planner

    Price from $5,000

    Includes all of Month-Of Coordination duties in addition to below:

    • Minimum of 2 team members on wedding day
    • Initial and ongoing assistance through the wedding day
    • Assistance with contacting, interviewing, and booking (contract) vendors
    • Tour and meet with venue to determine wedding and reception designs
    • Help create and manage a budget
    • Attend catering and/or cake tastings (with or on behalf of the couple)
    • Conduct final venue inspection and ensure it meets requirements to have deposit returned
    • Pick up and return tuxedos and cake stands, if applicable
